Aurélie Patrelle offers bespoke services in commercial litigation and cross-border disputes, combining the agility of a boutique practice with the expertise gained during twelve years at a leading law firm.
The firm handles a wide range of commercial disputes, including complex contractual claims, unfair competition, and abrupt terminations of established business relationships.
The firm advises companies, entrepreneurs, shareholders, and officers in disputes arising throughout the life cycle of a company, notably in shareholder disputes and litigations related to M&A transactions.
As a cross-cutting area of practice, the firm’s know-how in judicial procedure enables it to intervene at every stage of a dispute, whether acting for claimants or defendants:
- Defining litigation strategy
- Gathering evidence
- Emergency proceedings
- Appeal proceedings
- Interim and enforcement measures
- Alternative dispute resolution / settlement negotiations
The firm’s expertise in private international law is another key and cross-cutting practice area. It enables the firm to provide tailored expertise for companies involved in international disputes.
It represents foreign companies and entrepreneurs before French courts, arbitral tribunals, or in their negotiations, and coordinates the defence of businesses involved in proceedings across multiple jurisdictions and different legal systems.
